Mosman Renovation

Mosman Renovation was a major residential transformation completed in collaboration with Three Birds Renovations as their House 15 project, known as Modern Mallorca. The original home presented a complex challenge: fragmented rooms, dark areas, inconsistent floor levels and a lack of open-plan flow. The renovation resolved these issues while creating a calm, elegant and highly liveable family home inspired by Mediterranean architecture.

Arched openings, curved walls, textured white render, pale stone, soft blue-green accents and natural timber were used throughout to build a cohesive Mediterranean atmosphere. The new open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas connect seamlessly through arched doors to outdoor entertaining zones, while a sculptural curved staircase, arched picture windows and layered neutral interiors give the home a resort-like sense of ease.

Outside, a resort-style pool terrace, built-in outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, tropical landscaping and multiple balcony sitting zones complete the transformation. The result is a sophisticated family home designed for everyday comfort, relaxed entertaining and a refined lifestyle — a little slice of Mallorca in Mosman.
