This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

When you contact us through this website, we collect:

- The project type and any details you choose to share
Our hosting provider may also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and diagnostic purposes.

We collect this information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry about a building project
- Provide quotes, plans, and follow-up communication you request
- Maintain a record of conversations and project history
- Comply with our legal and contractual obligations as a licensed builder
We do not use your information for marketing without your express consent, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business:
- Web3Forms — receives form submissions and delivers them to our office inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that you are a human submitting the form (anti-spam).
- Vercel — hosts this website and stores server logs.
Some of these providers are based in the United States or other countries outside Australia. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to your information being disclosed overseas for these purposes. We take reasonable steps to ensure each provider handles your data in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations as a licensed builder (generally 7 years, in line with Australian record-keeping standards). After that period, we securely delete or de-identify the information.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses minimal cookies that are strictly necessary for site functionality (for example, remembering whether you have dismissed our consent banner). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
7. Marketing communications
In line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), we only send commercial messages with your express or inferred consent. Every email we send for a marketing purpose includes a clear opt-out. If you would like to opt out at any time, reply to any email from us or contact us using the details below.

This website is intended for adults engaging us about residential building projects. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
