Glenhaven Renovation

Glenhaven Renovation was a large-scale transformation of a 1990s suburban home into a sophisticated Urban Farmhouse residence, delivered in collaboration with Three Birds Renovations as their House 16 project — the personal home of Three Birds partner Erin Cayless. The dated brick exterior and tired interior were comprehensively reimagined while preserving the home's generous scale and family functionality.

The façade was transformed with light vertical cladding, a standing seam roof, gabled entry detailing and a refreshed neutral palette with black-framed windows and doors. Inside, light timber flooring, a natural stone fireplace wall, custom kitchen joinery, a large island bench with waterfall stone, black tapware, and a barn-style sliding door define the main living areas.

A large covered alfresco entertaining area with outdoor kitchen, upgraded pool surrounds, a refreshed cabana and landscaped gardens extend the home's lifestyle offering outdoors. Upstairs, softly styled bedrooms, a freestanding bath ensuite with skylight, and generous soft furnishings complete a home that blends farmhouse warmth with contemporary sophistication.
