Concord House

This Concord site was cleared and rebuilt from the ground up, delivering a contemporary architecturally designed residence that maximises indoor–outdoor connection and modern family living. The striking façade combines a rendered lower level with dark vertical timber-look cladding, large aluminium-framed windows and a feature garage door, framed by minimalist fencing and glass pool fencing.

Inside, light timber flooring runs through open-plan living and dining spaces anchored by a contemporary linear fireplace. The custom kitchen features full-height dark cabinetry, a large white island bench with integrated cooktop and sink, and direct sightlines to the outdoor pool and alfresco entertaining area.

A floating timber staircase with frameless glass balustrades connects the levels, leading to an upper-level retreat filled with natural light. Designer bathrooms include a freestanding bath, twin vanity basins, frameless glass shower screens and wall-mounted tapware — completing a high-end residential outcome built to exacting standards.
